Kilruddery House Wedding Ceremony Flowers

This beautiful destination wedding in Ireland was full of the most beautifully scented florals right through from the ceremony in Kilruddery House to the opulent elevated floral designs in Luttrelstown Castle. In the orangery in Kilruddery we enhanced the beauty of the space with candles and two large floral and foliage urns. In the castle we designed florals for the mantlepiece, large elevated floral designs and sumptous gold compote bowls of roses, clematis and peonies graced the tables for centrepieces. Katie and Dan were a dream to work with and natural, unstructured florals were at the top of their list. We also had the pleasure of working with Michelle and the Waterlily’s team.

Sylvia was an absolute dream to work with. Not only is she an incredibly talented florist and designer, but she is a sweetheart who really cares about making your vision a reality. Right from the first initial meeting when I was interviewing potential florists, she stood out immediately with her infectious laugh and bright personality. We got on great. That helped win her our business, along with the fact that within a day or two of our meeting, she sent me a link to a Pinterest board she created with ideas we had discussed. Seeing that she listened and understood what we wanted and being so on top of things within only a day or so of our conversation, told us that she was the right florist for us. We had a lot of ideas along the way, and she was able to execute on every single one. She took our breath away the day of our wedding with the big reveal. The flowers, for us, were one of the most important elements of the decor, and Sylvia delivered. Our guests were blown away. We couldn’t recommend her enough.
