Beleek Castle, Mayo Wedding Flowers

We travelled to Mayo on the rugged west coast of Ireland for Eloise and Sean’s foliage-inspired wedding. Eloise is a massive flower lover and is drawn too all things natural and wild. She wanted the wedding flowers to take centre stage and her crown and bridal bouquet to be big, natural and unstructured. So we decorated the small church with an abundance of roses, butterfly ranunculus, larkspur and waxflower with Italian ruscus, eucalyptus and ferns. We created a stunning staircase installation along with covering a huge gothic chandelier in the castle with foliage and hanging blooms. The long kings tables were adorned wth foliage garlands that went on for days. I loved working with the blush and ivory colour palette and I think the small pops of blue enhanced it’s beauty.
