The K Club Wedding Flowers

Working on this gorgeous autumnal wedding in the tranquil setting of The K Club in Kildare, was such a treat. I worked primarily with a burgundy, marsala color palette with pops of vintage blush, that truly elevated this sophisticated wedding. Niamh and Jonathan really wanted wild, unstructured floral designs that captured the essence of the rugged Irish landscape before they started their new life together in Canada. I created unstructured floral designs in rich gold compote bowls for centrepieces with beautiful taper candles and trailing foliage for pew ends. Niamh really loves textural flowers, so I filled her bridal bouquet with quicksand roses, thistles, acacia foliage, eucalyptus, dahlias and astrantia. I loved the pop of red lipstick too!

My goodness, where do I start! Working with Sylvia was one of the highlights of the wedding planning, she is a delight to work with and I never once doubted that we would have beautiful florals on our big day. Her knowledge, personality and artistic talent produced the most stunning arrangements, from the church to the bouquet and table flowers, everything was perfect! Aside from her talent, Sylvia really made me feel at ease and I could tell she improvised on the day to provide florals for our wedding cake which I had entirely forgotten to request during our meetings. She really does go that extra mile, I can’t recommend Sylvia enough to all future brides!
